








Our amber Vienna Lager has a thick frothy head and a delicate aroma of hops. This full-bodied beer with malt biscuit undertones has a surprisingly dry and refreshing aftertaste. This style of beer, created by the Austrian brewer Anton Dreher, was once very popular in South Tyrol.
This Dark Lager has a smooth creamy head. The toasted malt and caramel flavours as well as the fragrant hops present in the aftertaste give this beer its outstanding nature. This traditional Dark Beers were once very popular in the cities of Middle Europe.
This refreshing Wheat beer has a delicate foamy head and is both fruity and full-bodied.
The flavour of bananas and cloves give this beer a slightly sweet aftertaste. It's brewed in the tradition of the German Weizen Beers.
This porter is produced using the finest English hops, wheat, barley malt and oatmeal. This top-fermented black beer has an aroma of chocolate and coffee with a pleasantly bitter finish. The first people to brew this style of beer in South Tyrol were the Schwarz Brothers from Vilpian, in around 1900. Today, we continue to brew this beer using the original recipe.
IPA originated in England in the 19th century and was originally brewed for the Indian colonies. For shipment, it was stabilized with a high hop and alcohol content.
Our Session IPA is based on the original style of India Pale Ales, but we add less malt.In consequence the beer gets a high drinkability and is very hoppy.
This ancient style of beer comes from the German city of Goslar. Its sour and salty flavor, along with the hints of coriander, make this beer extremely refreshing and pleasant to drink.
The pale color and the addition of the finest aromatic hops give this beer its refreshing elegance and lovely bitterness.
The gentle malting technique as well as the invention of refrigeration in 1870 were the foundation for its success.
From then on, this beer – which must be stored at low temperatures – could be produced all year round.
