




Its strong body and high alcohol content give our Bock beer a very distinct character. The marked addition of hops balances out the flavor and gives it a smooth, slightly sweet aftertaste. Bock beer originated in the German Hanseatic town of Einbeck in the 17th century and was exported around the globe.
This spicy, full beer with its reddish color is very complex.
The aromatic Saphir hops gives it the required freshness, and the top-fermenting yeast adds fruity ester flavors.
Despite its high original gravity, it is extremely drinkable and versatile and can be enjoyed at all occasions. This beer has its roots in Germany. By the way, the word WEISS stems from the German word for wheat: “Weizen”.
The beer style comes from the city of Bamberg in Germany’s Franconia region. Its smoked and sweet malt notes make this beer very balanced.
The alcohol content perfectly complements the beer’s malty body, giving it a nice complexity.
„Heller Bock“ is a very nicely balanced beer between malty sweetness and hoppy bitterness. Because of his slim body the drinkability is quite high. We only brew it once a year and the so-called "Saphier" hop gives the beer its beautiful aromas.
Our "Dark Coffee" is a dark Bock beer. During the brewing process we add coffee which gives this beer his soft coffee notes. A perfect beer to combine with any kind of desserts such as chocolate cake.
Our „Bröseljäger“ is an amber Ale, brewed with bred from local bakeries.We use our famous „southtyrolean black bread“.It`s very well balanced between bread flavours and spices. You will experience real soutyrolean tastes.
This palatable fruit sour ale with its beautiful ruby color and fruity taste is fermented with blackcurrant.
Its slim body and fruity flavor make it a real thirst quencher.
This ale is brewed using the North American wild papau fruit, which is cultivated in South Tyrol lately, as well.
The beer has a high drinkability and fruitiness, and its slim body and pleasant, slightly bitter aftertaste will leave you wanting more.
